How a heat pump works
It moves heat from the outside air into your water, like a fridge in reverse. For every unit of electricity it uses, it delivers several units of heat.

Buying guide
It moves heat from the outside air into your water, like a fridge in reverse. For every unit of electricity it uses, it delivers several units of heat.
Size depends on your geyser and how much hot water your household uses. ITS rates its 3.6, 5.4 and 7.6 kW units for geysers up to about 200, 400 and 600 litres. We check your hot-water use before we quote.
Alliance and ITS units connect to your existing geyser. The Fröling BWP 300 PV is an all-in-one heat pump with its own storage tank, and it can use surplus solar PV power.
